OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY BY WHICH THE REGULATORY RULES OF THE 2025 CALL FOR STUDENT MOBILITY FOR INTERNSHIP ABROAD WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ BDNS PROGRAM ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC: 821475 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (https://datos.gob.es/es/catalogo/e05188501-base-de-datos-nacional-de-subvenciones First. Participants: Internship mobility places are called, and where appropriate financing of scholarships, destined to university students enrolled at the Rey Juan Carlos University who are pursuing studies leading to obtaining the official Bachelor's, Official Master's or Doctor's degrees, in order to carry out internships in the following host institutions: a company, research institute, laboratory, organization or institutions, or any other relevant workplace. The following are excluded from participation in this call: Those students who are, as of the date of this call, studying studies leading to obtaining a Own Degree issued by the University. Rey Juan Carlos. Students from affiliated centers. The initial aid granted is €275,938, following the guidelines established by the European Commission for the Erasmus+ 2023 Program, Action KA131, and project 2024-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000211204, whose duration is 26 months, until July 31, 2026. under Regulation (EU) No. 2021/817 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 20, 2021, which creates the ERASMUS+ program for the period of the multiannual financial framework 2021-2027. The scholarships will be awarded for internships abroad, and must be completed no later than July 31, 2026, the end date of the project that finances the program. this call, this deadline being non-extendable. In order to benefit from the internship program established in this call, students must obtain the consent and approval of their Erasmus+ internship academic tutor at the University, and it will be together with the internship tutor of the host institution who will sign the training agreement established jointly, and will carry out the follow-up work during the Erasmus+ internship period. CURRICULAR/EXTRACURRICULAR INTERNSHIP: In the event that The Erasmus internships carried out by obtaining a place in this call, comply with the requirements established in the REGULATION OF EXTERNAL ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS of the URJC that regulates said external academic internships, the Erasmus internships could be recognized as curricular/extracurricular. To do so, it is mandatory to follow the procedure established in said regulation, so that the internship carried out in mobility can be curricular/extracurricular. This process must be carried out PRIOR to the application for mobility, established in point 7 SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS of this call. The object and purpose of these bases is to contribute to the promotion of your practical training and, where appropriate, the financing (scholarships) of. part of the expenses that could be incurred, these scholarships being subject, in any case, to the final approval of the corresponding funds by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE) of the Ministry of Universities, within the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Program for internships of the Rey Juan Carlos Tercero University.
