Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries and eligible actions. In accordance with the provisions of the fifth resolution, the following persons/entities may request aid to carry out actions in each subsidy line: Section 1. PROMOTION OF THE USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY. 1.1. Use of biomass as fuel for the production of thermal energy: private companies and self-employed workers, individuals, non-profit entities and communities of owners. 1.2. Geothermal systems intended for the production of thermal energy (heat and/or cold): private companies and self-employed workers, individuals, non-profit entities and communities of owners. 1.3 Isolated photovoltaic solar energy: private companies and self-employed workers, individuals, non-profit entities 1.4. Production of electrical energy through mini-hydraulic turbines or through wind turbines: private companies, self-employed workers, individuals, non-profit entities. 1.5. Installations for energy use of biogas: private companies and self-employed workers. Section 2. PROMOTION OF ENERGY SAVINGS AND EFFICIENCY. 2.1. Heat/cold networks: private companies and communities of owners. 2.2. Measures in the building sector: private companies, self-employed workers, non-profit entities and communities of owners. 23. Public aid program for industries: private companies whose activity is included in any of the classes belonging to section C: Manufacturing Industry, of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE). 2.8. Installation of alternative fuel refueling stations accessible to the public: private companies legally accredited and registered to carry out the activity of fuel supply as determined by the applicable regulations. Second. Object. Approve the call for subsidies for the use of Renewable Energy and for Savings and Energy Efficiency Actions through the application of the technologies provided for in the third resolution. Third. Regulatory Bases. Resolution of May 23, 2018, of the Ministry of Employment, Industry and Tourism (current Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion), which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies for the use of Renewable Energies and for Savings and Energy Efficiency Actions in the Principality of Asturias (BOPA no. 123 of May 29, 2018). Room. Summoned credit. The credit called is €2,500,000.00 with the initial distribution by budget applications and subsidy lines provided for in the third resolution. Fifth. Application deadline. In accordance with the provisions of the ninth resolution, the applications will be submitted within a maximum period of ONE (1) MONTH, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA. In accordance with the provisions of the seventh base, the applications will be submitted by any of the means indicated in articles 14 and 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and will be submitted in a mandatory through the specific form with the corresponding application code: ",,AYUD0004T01 (Subsidy for the use of biomass as fuel for the production of thermal energy); ",,AYUD0004T02 (Subsidy for geothermal systems intended for the production of thermal energy (heat or cold)); ",,AYUD0004T03 (Subsidies for isolated photovoltaic solar energy installations); ",,AYUD0004T04 (Subsidy for the production of electrical energy through mini-hydraulic turbines or through wind turbines); ",,AYUD0004T05 (Subsidy for biogas energy use facilities); ",,AYUD0004T06 (Subsidy for the construction and expansion of heating or cooling networks); ",,AYUD0004T07 (Subsidy for the renovation of thermal installations in buildings for residential or commercial use); ",,AYUD0004T08 (Subsidy for the replacement of energy-consuming equipment and installations in industry); ",,AYUD0004T13 (Subsidy for the installation of alternative fuel refueling stations accessible to the public). Applications must be accompanied by the documentation indicated in the tenth resolution, addressed to the Minister of Ecological Transition, Industry and Commerce, and with the DIR code A03003934 corresponding to the Energy Service
