Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. – Purpose The purpose of this Order is to call for subsidies for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards in 2025, including the procedure for granting and paying aid. Second.– Beneficiaries. Winegrowers and future winegrowers whose vineyards are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking and who are going to restructure and/or reconvert vineyards will be eligible for this aid. Third.– Regulatory Bases. The regulatory bases for this aid are those established by Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, which regulates the Wine Sector Intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (BOE no. 257, of October 26), and its modifications. Fourth.– Amount. The aid called for in this Order will be granted from the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for 2026, for the amount of credits assigned through the Sectoral Conference of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. Fifth. – Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications ends at 7:00 p.m. on April 29, 2025. Sixth.- Delegation of powers. The authority to resolve aid requests is delegated to the head of the General Directorate of Agricultural and Livestock Production.
