Official description of the call
FIRST.- OBJECT AND SCOPE.- The purpose of these rules is to regulate, in general, the regime and procedure applicable for the granting of subsidies, in competitive competition, in favor of associations, entities and citizen groups, not for profit for the promotion of activities that complement and enrich the offer of the Delegation of Festivals and Traditions in festive matters of our city, such as musical and dance performances, gastronomic days, conferences, activities training, activities aimed at children, associative gatherings, etc. that can be carried out in facilities or in outdoor spaces and that are related to the popular and traditional festivals of Córdoba. Expenses corresponding to activities carried out by associations and non-profit entities that are carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2025 in the municipality of Córdoba will be fully or partially subsidized, therefore, activities already carried out may be subsidized. SECOND.- BENEFICIARY ENTITIES 1.- Citizen entities that make a proposal open to Córdoba citizens may be beneficiaries of this call for subsidies. 2.- Entities that meet any of the following circumstances will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies: Those that are in any of the exclusion cases for obtaining public aid referred to in article thirteen, sections a), b), c), d), f) and h) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Those who are not up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, as provided for in articles eighteen and nineteen of the Subsidies Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006 of July twenty-first. Those who are not up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies under the terms of article twenty-one of the aforementioned Regulation. Those for which the subsidies previously granted have not been justified, provided that the period for justifying said subsidies has ended. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES.- General framework that regulates the 2025 call for grants to Promote Activities of Non-profit Associations and Entities related to the Popular and Traditional Festivals of Córdoba. The aforementioned bases can be consulted on the Electronic Notice Board and on the Córdoba City Council Website. FOURTH.- BUDGET CREDIT.- The amount destined to subsidize Popular and Traditional Festive Activities for this call is €25,000.00, charged to item Z C20 3381 48905 0 (FESTIVALS AND TRADITIONS. OTHER TRANSFERS OF EVENTS FOR TRADITION) of the current budget. FIFTH.- AMOUNT.- The maximum amount may not exceed the amount of €5,000.00, for each request. A single association may not receive more than one subsidy per year within the framework of this call. In cases where the proposal for granting funds contemplates financing an activity in a percentage less than 100% of the requested amount, the beneficiary entity will be urged to reformulate the application submitted. SIXTH.- PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS.- The term of this call will be twenty calendar days, starting from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province. They will also be displayed on the Announcement Board of the Excmo. Córdoba City Council (https://sede.cordoba.es/cordoba/tablon-de-anuncios), as well as on the Fairs and Celebrations Website (https://feriasyfiestas.cordoba.es/
