A summary of the 2025 call for subsidies aimed at carrying out courses for leisure time monitors/directors and sports coaches is published in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2008 of November 17. Purpose of the subsidy: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the rules for the award of grants aimed at carrying out courses for leisure time monitors/directors and sports coaches in Basque for the citizens of Oiartzun in 2025. Second. Requirements to access subsidies. Specifically, these subsidies may be requested by people registered in Oiartzun who have completed the monitor, director and sports coach courses in Basque, as well as those who perform the function of monitor, director or coach of a recreational or sports group in Oiartzun. provided that they are not included in any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law and that they meet the requirements established by the Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Oiartzun City Council for the granting of subsidies and prove the performance of the activities specified in these specific bases. Third. Amount of subsidies. For the payment of these subsidies, 2,000.00 euros are stipulated in the following item of the 2025 municipal budget of the Oiartzun City Council: — Program description: Subsidies for conducting courses for leisure time monitors/directors and sports coaches in Basque. Applications to access subsidies will be addressed to the body that makes the call and must be signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her; attaching the necessary documentation to the application. For this, the period provided will be as follows: From May 1 to November 15, 2025. Applications will be submitted to the General Municipal Registry or through electronic registration.
