Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The purpose of the call is, within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the aid regime for the action: “Support for investments in irrigation facilities within agricultural holdings”, in accordance with article 74 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/2115, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, and Intervention 6841.2 “Aid to investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural persons may be beneficiaries of the aid, whether under a sole ownership regime or under a shared ownership regime, as well as legal entities, owners of agricultural holdings, as long as they meet the requirements of article 4 of the regulatory bases. Public law entities and non-profit entities are excluded from this aid regime, regardless of the legal form they adopt. Third. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the provisions of Decree 12/2025, of March 11, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the implementation of irrigation systems that promote the efficient use of water and energy in agricultural holdings in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call. Room. Financing and amount. The financing of the aid provided for in this call will be carried out under the budget application 230040000 G/353A/77000 FR23744102 in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community, in the expenditure project 20240383 "7441.2 Implementation of efficient irrigation and/or energy systems in agricultural holdings (6841.2 PEPAC)". The total amount of the call for aid will be three million euros (€3,000,000.00), according to the following annuities and amounts: — Annuity 2026: €1,000,000 — Annuity 2027: €2,000,000 The expense corresponding to these aids is 75% co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and by the Government of Extremadura, in accordance with the economic resources assigned to Intervention 6841.2 “Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. The maximum amount of the eligible investment is established at 150,000 euros per beneficiary per call, with the amount of the subsidy being up to 65% in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of the regulatory bases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month, calculated from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura http://doe.juntaex.es/ and the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and will be addressed to the General Directorate of Rural Infrastructures, Heritage and Bullfighting of the Ministry of Forest Management and Rural World of the Government of Extremadura. The presentation of the applications, both by natural and legal persons, as well as access to all the information about the procedure, will be carried out through the general electronic access point (https://www.juntaex.es), within the file corresponding to the procedure https://www.juntaex.es/w/3140, in the manner established in article 11 of this decree and will be accompanied by the documentation required in article 12 of the same.
