Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries Groups that bring together producers (understood as the owners of agricultural holdings or processing facilities) who cooperate with each other for the information and promotion of agricultural and food products covered by a quality regime may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second. Purpose This resolution aims to establish the regulatory bases and make the call for the year 2025 of the aid that, under a competitive competition regime, will be granted by the Galician Food Quality Agency for information actions and promotion of Galician agri-food products with differentiated quality within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of March 24, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to support cooperation in information and promotion activities for Galician agricultural and food products covered by quality regimes carried out by groups of producers, within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, and are called for the 2025 budget year (administrative procedure code MR302A). Room. Amount These are non-refundable subsidies of 70% of the expenditure incurred. The total budget of the call is two million euros (€2,000,000) for the 2025 year and one million euros (€1,000,000) for the 2026 year. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, which will be counted from the day following the publication of the resolution of the call in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
