Official description of the call
Primeiro. Beneficiary entities Non-profit institutions may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this call, subject to compliance with all applicable regulations. The following non-profit institutions may not be beneficiaries of aid: -Entities or associations that belong to the educational field. -Associations or federations of neighbors, and the third idade. The foundations that adhere to this call will not be able to receive subsidies or public aid if they do not comply with the obligation to present the accounts to the protectorate, second or established in article 38.3 of Law 12/2006, of December 1, of foundations of Galician interest. Second. Object and purpose This order has as its object or establishment the regulatory bases and the call, in the context of competitive competition, of subsidies intended to finance the current expenses derived from the realization of festivals, fairs, exhibitions, cycles and competitions of performing arts and music of a nature affected by the year 2025, in accordance with what is established in this order. These aids contribute to cultural promotion and cooperation, sociocultural dissemination and animation and, ultimately, to the promotion of culture in Galicia, considering that the performing arts and music are key elements of artistic creativity and cultural dynamization of our autonomous community. Third. Regulatory bases Order of March 25, 2025 establishing the regulatory bases for the granting, in a competitive competition regime, of subsidies to non-profit institutions and local Galician entities, intended for the financing of current expenses derived from the holding of festivals, fairs, exhibitions, cycles and competitions of performing arts and music of an amateur nature, and are convened for the year 2025 (procedure code CT215A). Room. Amount The subsidies regulated in this order will be granted under the organizational application 13.03.432B.481.2 two xerais grants from the Autonomous Community of Galicia for 2025 for a maximum initial amount of €70,000, for non-profit institutions. The maximum aid per beneficiary that will be granted to the department will be €7,000, which in no case may exceed 70% of the total funding of the project to be carried out. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Applicant entities related to article 3 of the call order that do not agree to these aids must submit the corresponding application within one month, counting from the day following the year of publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. It will be understood as the last day of the deadline or corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the term is not a business day, it will be understood as extended to the first business day following and if the expiration month is not a day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the term expires on the last day of the month. In any case, Saturdays, Sundays and declared holidays will always be excluded from the calculation.
