AID TO COMPANIES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PRODUCTIVE MEANS - 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the aforementioned order is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans) and on the website www.comunidad.madrid. First. Beneficiaries. 1. Companies established as commercial companies, with their own legal personality, that have a work center in the Community of Madrid, with an average workforce in the year prior to the call of between 50 and 1,000 employees, inclusive, and whose economic activity is included within the first section of Annex I of Royal Legislative Decree 1175/1990, of September 28, by which The rates and instructions for the Tax on Economic Activities (hereinafter IAE) are approved in the divisions indicated below: • Division 2. Extraction and transformation of non-energy minerals and derived products. Chemical industry. • Division 3. Metal processing industries. Precision mechanics. • Division 4. Other manufacturing industries. 2. The date of registration in the IAE of the company corresponding to the work center where the investments have been made must be prior to the date of submission of the application. 3. The following entities may not acquire the status of beneficiaries: a) Natural persons, communities of property or any other entity established without its own legal personality. b) Companies in which any of the circumstances provided for in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, occur. c) Companies that are subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission that has declared aid granted illegal and incompatible with the internal market. 4. The beneficiary must be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations, as well as not have debts with the Treasury of the Community of Madrid in the executive period, and if so, it must be sufficiently guaranteed. Likewise, the previous obligations will be considered fulfilled when the debts are deferred, divided or their suspension has been agreed as a result of a challenge, matters that must be proven by presenting a copy of the resolution in which the deferrals or installments are granted or the suspension is agreed upon. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to begin, in the year 2025, the administrative procedure for granting aid to Madrid industrial companies for the acquisition of productive means. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order of January 24, 2024, of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to Madrid industrial companies for the acquisition of productive means (BOCM no. 24, of January 29, 2024). Room. Provision of the call. For the year 2025, an economic allocation of 4,000,000 euros has been planned, charged to subconcept 79000, Modernization, Dynamization and Technological Diffusion, of Program 463A, Competitiveness, of the expense budget of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, established by Law 9/2024, of December 26, on General Budgets of the Community of Madrid. Fifth. Eligible expenses. 1. Investments must be included among the following eligible actions: a) Acquisition of land for the construction of industrial warehouses for own use. b) Acquisition of premises and industrial warehouses for own use. c) Acquisition of machinery and productive equipment. d) Acquisition of computer hardware and software for the development of business processes. 2. The costs of the assets that form part of the investments in the workplace of the entity requesting aid will be considered eligible expenses, provided that they are directly related to the economic activity carried out by the company. In particular, the following expenditure concepts will be eligible: a) Acquisition of material fixed assets directly linked to production, as well as equipment that, not being directly linked to production, is undoubtedly necessary for the correct
