Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, dated November 17, general of subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). Primeiro. Beneficiary Persons The commercial companies in the publishing sector that prepare the curricular didactic resources for the purpose of this order, are natural or legal persons, provided that, being legally constituted, they meet the requirements established in these bases. Furthermore, they must not be involved in any of the cases provided for in Law 10 of Law 9/2007, of December 13, on subsidies from Galicia, nor fail to comply with the payment deadlines provided for in Law 3/2004, of December 29, of loita measures against late payments in commercial operations. Second. Object Edition in Galician language of curricular and complementary teaching resources for non-university levels. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases are published in the Official Gazette of Galicia by the following order: Order of March 18, 2025 in which the regulatory bases are established for the granting of subsidies for the publication in the Galician language of curricular teaching resources for non-university levels and are convened for the year 2025 (procedure code PL400B). Room. The total amount of the call is 200,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is one month, counted from the day following the publication of the aforementioned Order of March 18, 2025 in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
