Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiaries SMEs with less than five years of existence at the time of the application. If the request is made by natural persons, they must include in the request details about the planned legal structure and the distribution of shareholding. In any case, the company must have a registered office and work center in Castilla y León before signing the Incubation Contract. Second. Purpose Support product development actions and/or protection of intellectual property rights, as well as cover the expenses of personnel hired by startups in the aerospace field within the framework of the Aerospace Incubation Program of Castilla y León ESA BIC CyL, regulated in the collaboration contract with the ESA (ESA Contract No. 4000140232/22/NL/MM/an). Third. Regulatory bases Order EYH/1400/2023 of December 1, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of incentives to projects included in the Aerospace Incubation Program of Castilla y León ESA BIC CyL (BOCyL no. 236 of December 12, 2023), modified by Order EYH/136/2025, of December 13, 2023.
