Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries University or vocational training students belonging to family units registered prior to January 1, 2024 in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Bezana and who continue to be so. - Have duly justified subsidies or financial aid granted and received prior to the call. - Not being subject to any of the causes of prohibition to acquire the status of beneficiary provided for in the Law of Cantabria, 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria subsidies. Second.- Object The subsidy's object and purpose is to regulate the system for granting aid that facilitates university and vocational training students with fewer resources to access in-person assistance, facilitating the use of public service collective transportation. Persons who meet the requirements defined in the Bases published for this purpose in BOC no. 68, dated April 8, 2025. Third.- Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Resolution adopted with the assistance of the Local Government Board on March 26, 2025, corrected by another dated March 28, 2025, for the granting of assistance aid for transportation to university students and vocational training students and published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria no. 68, dated April 8, 2025.
