Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio). First. Beneficiaries 1. Winegrowers and future winegrowers whose vineyards are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking and who comply with current regulations on vineyard plantations, for all vineyard areas of their holding and with the provisions relating to mandatory declarations in the wine sector, may be beneficiaries of this aid. 2.Vine growers whose aid applications have been approved in previous calls for the Support Program for the wine sector (PASVE 2019-2023) or the Wine Sector Intervention (ISV 2024-2027), as applicable, will not be able to access aid in the following two calls, if: a)They renounced the aid for a requested operation, once approved, unless they have communicated their resignation within 10 days of notification. b)They did not request payment for an approved operation, once the deadline for submitting the payment request had expired within the second financial year following the one in which the aid was requested. c)They did not execute an approved operation for which they requested payment. Second. Purpose This order aims to establish the regulatory bases for aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in Galicia and to make its call for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the requirements and conditions established for this intervention in the general provisions of the community, state and autonomous community and, in particular, in Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, which regulates the wine sector intervention in the framework of the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy, and its modifications. Third. Regulatory bases These aids are granted under the provisions of the Order of April 8, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards in Galicia and are announced for the year 2025 (procedure code MR446A). Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be until April 25, 2025, from the day following the publication of the order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
