(...) 3. Object, conditions and purpose of granting the subsidy. The purpose of the subsidy is to collaborate financially with associations and non-profit entities of the municipality of Benigànim, in order to support the financing of expenses for carrying out activities with a social content, by carrying out activities, programs or projects in the area of social action, and more specifically, in prevention and/or social inclusion, during the current year that they carry out in the municipality of Benigànim. 4. Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them. Requirements to apply for the subsidy: Associations, groups or private non-profit entities, with social and community interest related to the social structure of the municipality, registered in the Registry of Municipal Entities of Benigànim or have their headquarters in the municipality, that carry out or propose programs and/or activities in the municipality of Benigànim, in the period from December 1, 2024 to the November 30, 2025, eligible for subsidies according to this call. In any case, the provisions of article 3 of the general ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies of the Benigànim City Council will be followed.
