Rey Juan Carlos University EXTRACT FROM THE RESOLUTION OF THE RECTOR MAGFCO. OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY BY WHICH THE RULES AND CALL FOR ERASMUS + SCHOLARSHIPS, FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION THROUGH SEPIE (SPANISH SERVICE FOR THE INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EDUCATION), FOR STUDIES IN THE ACADEMIC COURSE, ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC 2025/2026 WITHIN THE ERASMUS PROGRAM + In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). BDNS: 826217 First Beneficiaries Be enrolled at the URJC in programs leading to obtaining official Bachelor's or Master's degrees at the time of application and until the end of the period of enjoyment of the mobility scholarship. Have been granted an academic exchange in those universities where the Rey Juan Carlos University has established an international mobility agreement within the Erasmus + Action K131 Program, complying with the award requirements established in point 7 of the Resolution of the Rector Magfco. of the Rey Juan Carlos University, which approves the call for international mobility of students to carry out studies during the 2025/2026 academic year Second Object Scholarships financed by the European Commission through the SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education) are called for university students enrolled at the Rey Juan Carlos University who are pursuing studies leading to obtaining official Bachelor's or Master's degrees and who meet the basic participation requirements indicated in the point 2. The object and purpose of this aid will be to compensate for the costs of higher living in the host country, additional mobility, travel or additional linguistic preparation. Third Regulatory bases The information related to the call can be found on the University website: https://sede.urjc.es and at https://urjc.es Fourth Amount The distribution of funds is carried out based on the conditions that the European Commission establishes in the bases of the 2021 call of the Erasmus + Action K131 program. The financial allocation of the aid is subject to confirmation of the funds to be received by the SEPIE. Amount of aid: students who are beneficiaries of financial aid could receive: Up to a maximum of 5 months. If there are sufficient funds, the entire stay carried out and duly justified may be financed. The amount of aid will depend on the standard of living of the destination country, according to the three groups described below: Group 1 Countries with higher costs of living: 350 euros Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden Third countries not associated with the Program of regions 13 and 14 Group 2 Countries with average costs of living: 300 euros Cyprus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal Group 3 Countries with lower costs of living: 250 euros Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey Additional help for students with fewer opportunities: The additional amount of €250 per month will be financed with European funds for students with fewer opportunities. The criteria that will be followed to grant this additional help will be the following: Have a disability equal to or greater than 33 percent legally recognized and qualified. Be in one of the socio-economic situations set out below: Be a beneficiary of a general study scholarship from the General Administration of the State to carry out university studies and other higher studies or of a scholarship from the Department of Education of the Basque Country, or of a scholarship for the schooling of students at non-university levels granted by the Department of Education of the Basque Country in the year immediately preceding the one in which the mobility is to be carried out or in the academic year in which the mobility is to be carried out.
