Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE: First. Call. Object. Call, under a direct concession regime through an open call, subsidies aimed at the social integration of minors and young people who belong or have belonged to the Minor Protection System of the Government of Extremadura through their incorporation or maintenance in the labor market by the year 2025. Second. Beneficiary entities. The following entities may be beneficiary entities: a) Private companies legally constituted, and that carry out their economic activity in the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within this concept the following typologies are included: 1. Commercial companies. 2nd Cooperative societies. 3. Communities of goods. 4. Entrepreneurs who, in the form of a natural person, are registered in the special regime for self-employed workers. b) Non-profit entities that carry out their activity within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within this concept the following typologies are included: 1. Associations. 2nd Foundations. 3rd Federations. 4th Unions. 5th Political Parties. 6. Mutualities. c) Town councils of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory bases On March 6, 2024, the Order of February 29, 2024 was published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, establishing the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the social integration of minors and young people who belong or have belonged to the Juvenile Protection System of the Government of Extremadura through their incorporation or maintenance in the labor market (DOE no. 46), these bases being applicable in everything not expressly regulated or provided for in the call. Room. Financing and amount of the subsidy.
