The full text of the call and the standardized application and justification models for financial aid for the 2024-2025 academic year can be found on the website, intranet and on the notice board of the Theater Institute. 1. Beneficiaries Natural persons who meet, on the deadline for submitting applications, the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Have the status of student of the Theater Institute in the academic year 2024-2025, of any of the following regulated education schools: - Higher School of Dramatic Arts - Higher Conservatory of Dance - School of Secondary and Artistic Education / Professional Conservatory of Dance b) Having enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year for the following: - For students of the Secondary and Artistic Education School: *All subjects of the Baccalaureate course. - For students of the Professional Conservatory of Dance: *All subjects of the course. - For students of the Higher School of Dramatic Arts and the Higher Conservatory of Dance: *A minimum of 60 ECTS credits, in case of studying full-time. *39 ECTS credits, in case of studying part-time. In relation to credits, only those actually taken will be counted, therefore excluding cancellations of registration. c) Have approved all the subjects enrolled in the ordinary call in the 2024-2025 academic year. d) Do not exceed the family income in accordance with the following limits: Family of 1 member ............ €13,898.00 Family of 2 members ........ €23,724.00 Family of 3 members ........ €32,201.00 Family of 4 members ........ €38,242.00 Family of 5 members ........ €42,743.00 Family of 6 members ........ €46,142.00 Family of 7 members ........ €49,503.00 Family of 8 members ........ €52,850.00 Starting with the eighth member, €3,340.00 will be added to each new member of the family unit. If the financial situation of the applicant does not adapt to this classification, it must be stated in detail so that the financial aid committee can study it. 2. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, collection and justification of the financial aid granted by the Theater Institute to the students of the regulated teachings of the academic year 2024-2025: a) Higher School of Dramatic Art b) Higher Conservatory of Dance c) School of Secondary and Artistic Education / Professional Conservatory of Dance 3. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Barcelona Provincial Council (Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona of May 9, 2017). 4. Amount. For the 2024-2025 academic year (single call), the maximum total budget that will be allocated to the granting of the aid regulated in this call will be 30,000 euros. This amount will be distributed among all applications received that meet the requirements, both academic and economic, established in clause four of this call, without prejudice to the regulated education school in which the petitioner is enrolled. The financial aid to be awarded, for a maximum total amount of €30,000.00, will be distributed as follows: €10,000.00 will be allocated to aid for high school studies, and the remaining €20,000.00 will be allocated to the rest of the studies eligible to receive this aid, higher education in dramatic art, higher education in dance and professional dance education. However, in the event that the maximum amounts of aid granted to students of Baccalaureate studies do not reach the maximum amount allocated (€10,000.00), the surplus of the approved credit may be allocated to the rest of the studies and vice versa. The financial aid will be a maximum of 50% of the total tuition fee paid in the 2024-2025 academic year. Financial aid may not be granted for an amount greater than this referenced percentage nor for an amount greater than that determined in the call. 5. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications for financial aid will be from June 23 to July 4, 2025 (both included).
