Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Associations, religious entities and other legally constituted non-profit entities, with scope of action in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, registered in the corresponding administrative Registry, owners of pilgrim hostels on the Camino de Santiago and the Lebaniega Route, defined by Agreements of the Government Council, of October 15, 2015 (Official Gazette of Cantabria of October 27, 2015, EXT. No. 82). The aforementioned entities must prove, through the appropriate responsible declaration, that they carry out social action or international cooperation projects. Second. Purpose. Works regarding horizontal and vertical soundproofing, including windows and bay windows, in accordance with current regulations on the matter. Works regarding accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Installation of air conditioning and/or air conditioning systems. Renovation, improvement and conditioning works of the accommodation units that guarantee the improvement of service provision. Bathrooms and changing toilets are included. Installation and equipment of facility automation (home automation) and energy efficiency systems. The installation of solar panels is included. Kitchen renovation and improvement works, including furniture, machinery and kitchenware. Installation of Wi-Fi technology with access from the accommodation units and common use areas. Reconditioning and renovation works on the roofs. Expenses derived from the drafting of construction projects and/or renovation of the facilities. Expenses derived from changing electrical and plumbing installations. Acquisition of furniture, fixtures, equipment and equipment for the accommodation units, which guarantee an improvement in the provision of hospitality service in the hostel. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order INN/40/2017, of September 12, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for pilgrim hostels on the Camino de Santiago and the Ruta Lebaniega managed by non-profit entities (BOC no. 184, of September 25, 2017). Room. Amount. The financial envelope for the call for grants will be €32,000. The amount of the subsidy will not exceed 90% of the amount of the subsidized investment and in no case will it exceed the maximum amount called. In any case, the aforementioned aid must be weighted in accordance with the following assessment criteria provided for in the sixth device of the call resolution: a) Investments of less than €50,000 (VAT included): 25 points. b) Investments greater than or equal to €50,000: 35 points. c) Actions that contribute to the sustainability of the project in the responsible consumption of natural resources, minimizing the generation of waste and recycling of what is produced in search of a lower environmental impact: 25 points. The intensity of the aid will be calculated as follows: - 25 points: 75% of the amount of the subsidized investment. - 35 points: 80% of the amount of the subsidized investment. - 50 points: 85% of the amount of the subsidized investment. - 60 points: 90% of the amount of the subsidized investment. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth. Documentation. The subsidy application will be formulated in the official model that appears as an Annex to the Call Resolution, addressed to the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sports, will be signed by the legal representative of the applicant entity and will be accompanied by the documentation indicated in the fifth section of the Call Resolution.
