Official description of the call
Environment Service, 2030 Agenda and Demographic Challenge (Tourism Section) Decree no. 2221, of April 25, 2025, of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Albacete, which approves the Open Call for subsidies to Town Councils for the creation of motorhome service areas in the Province of Albacete during the year 2025. BDNS (identification): 827140 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Under Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/ (and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, www.dipualba.es, in the subsidies section). First.- Beneficiaries: The Town Councils of the Province of Albacete will be able to access this aid. Second.- Purpose: The aid granted will be used to carry out installation and conditioning actions for service or reception areas for motorhomes, with the aim of installing new areas in the Province given the growth that this type of itinerant tourism has experienced in recent years at a national and international level and developed during the period between January 1, 2025 and November 15, 2025. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The General ordinance of the bases that regulate the calls for subsidies to City Councils for tourism promotion activities with investment, understanding as definitive the approval adopted by Plenary agreement dated April 7, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the province of Albacete number 60, of May 23, 2022. Fourth.- Amount: The maximum global amount of aid granted under this call will be €150,000.00 from the budget of the Excma. Provincial Council for the financial year 2025. The maximum unit amount of subsidies granted under this call may not exceed 3,000 euros. Fifth.- Application submission period: The application submission period will begin on the next business day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will remain open for thirty days following said publication, being resolved in a single phase. Sixth.- Submission of applications: Interested parties must submit the application electronically, completing the electronic application form available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Albacete: www.dipualba.es, section “Subsidies and aid”.
