Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries are non-profit sports entities based in Ripoll or those that develop a sporting event with great sporting, social and economic impact in our Segundo municipality. Purpose The regulatory bases approved for this purpose contemplate two programs. Program A to provide financial support for the ordinary operation of local entities and Program B for the development of sports activities in the municipality. It is intended to finance ordinary operating expenses of the entities from September 2024 to June 2025. Legally constituted sports entities with their headquarters in Ripoll and that carry out their activity in the municipality of Ripoll are eligible. Program B to support the organization of specific sporting events. It is intended to finance expenses for the organization of specific sporting events from January 1 to December 31, 2025 in the area of ​​Ripoll with a strong sporting, social and economic impact on the municipality. It can be requested by sports entities with headquarters outside of Ripoll that carry out activities with a strong sporting, social and economic impact on our municipality. Third. Regulatory bases The Ripoll City Council approves this call for subsidies in accordance with the specific regulatory bases approved by the Ripoll City Council in a plenary session on July 30, 2024 and published in the BOP Girona 193 on October 7, 2024. Fourth.- Amount The amount of the budget allocation intended for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities for the 2025 year is of 42,700.00 euros for program A and 4,000.00 euros for program B, charged to budget item 11240 3400 48000 Fifth. Application submission deadline The deadline for submission of applications will be 20 business days for Program A from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (both inclusive). For Program B, the application submission period will end on September 15, 2025. Sixth.- Maximum amount of the subsidy The maximum amount of the subsidy will be: For Program A, the maximum total amount of the subsidy awarded may not be greater than the amount of 6,000.00 euros nor less than 300.00 euros. For Program B, the maximum total amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed the amount of €3,000.00 or 50% of the cost of the event. Seventh.
