Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): "Section one. - Beneficiaries Associations or group of producers who carry out their activity in the poultry sector of the Valencian Community, and who provide health control services and prevention measures against salmonellosis of importance to public health, as well as sacrifice and destruction of animals affected by poultry farms in the Valencian Community that have the status of agricultural SMEs and if they meet the conditions provided for in Order 17/2023, of June 23, of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition. Second section - Objective Establish compensatory aid for the costs of prevention, control and eradication of salmonellosis in poultry farming of importance to public health, as defined in state and community regulations, within the framework of national programs - Regulatory Bases Order 17/2023, of June 23, 2023, of the Ministry of Health. Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition (DOGV no. 9628 of 06/29/2023). Order. Fifth section. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for the 2025 financial year will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
