Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. - Beneficiaries. The following legal entities, public or private, non-profit, depending on the type of awards they are eligible for: a) Local entities with less than 1,000 inhabitants. b) Local entities with 1,000 to less than 5,000 inhabitants. c) Associations and non-profit entities. Provided that they meet the requirements indicated below: For modalities a) and b), local entities must belong to the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León and have the population, according to the latest available census, established in each of the modalities. When the candidacy corresponds to a project developed by several local entities, in several municipalities, the application will be made by only one of them and will be understood to be included in the modality "Local entities of less than 1,000 inhabitants" when all the entities have a population of less than 1,000 inhabitants, and in the modality of "Local entities of 1,000 to less than 5,000 inhabitants" when at least one of them has a population of 1,000 to less than 5,000 inhabitants. For modality c) "Non-profit associations and entities", the project presented must have been carried out in municipalities of Castilla y León with a population, according to the latest available census, of less than 5,000 inhabitants. Second. - Object. Call for the year 2025, on a competitive basis, the "Clear Sources Autonomous Awards for Sustainability in Small Municipalities of Castilla y León", with the aim of recognizing projects developed in municipalities of Castilla y León, with a population of less than 5,000 inhabitants, that represent a greater contribution to local and regional sustainability, to promote their knowledge and increase their impact. Third. - Regulatory bases. Order MAV/728/2023, of May 30, establishing the regulatory bases for the "Fuentes Claras Autonomous Awards for sustainability in small municipalities of Castilla y León", published in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León" No. 108, of June 7, 2023, established the regulatory bases for these awards. Room. - Amount. The subsidies subject to this call will be financed from the applications and amounts of the extension of the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for 2024 in the financial year 2025, which are detailed below according to the different modalities of the Awards: Modality Local Entities of Castilla y León with less than 1,000 inhabitants, will be awarded for the maximum total amount of nine thousand euros (€9,000). Modality Local Entities of Castilla y León with 1,000 to less than 5,000 inhabitants, will be granted for the maximum total amount of nine thousand euros (€9,000). Modality Associations and non-profit entities will be granted for the maximum total amount of nine thousand euros (€9,000). Fifth. - Application submission deadline. From the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León, until September 15, 2025, inclusive.
