Official description of the call
The call for aid to Associations of Parents of Students, Associations of Adult Education Students and Teaching Cooperatives of non-university level schools located in Portugalete for the year 2025 is approved by the competitive competition procedure, and which will be governed by the regulatory Bases approved in the ordinary plenary session held on April 28, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia No. 94 of May 18, 2022, and in accordance with the following specific Bases: Article 1.- Purpose and beneficiaries The object of these Bases is the granting of aid to Associations of Parents of Students, Associations of Adult Education Students and Teaching Cooperatives of non-level schools. universities located in Portugalete to collaborate in the expenses of: Activities and infrastructure necessary for the operation of the Associations of Parents of Students and Associations of Students of Adult Education of the different non-university teaching centers of Portugalete. Activities aimed at mothers and fathers and students from the different non-university teaching centers in Portugalete. For activities to be eligible for subsidy, they must take into consideration the values of coexistence and respect for people. The Associations of Parents of Students, Associations of Adult Education Students and Teaching Cooperatives of the non-university centers of Portugalete constituted in accordance with law, whose purposes are in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations and that are included in the corresponding registry as such Associations, as established in Decree 66/1987, of February 10, may request these aids. ("BOPV" of April 7, 1987), which regulates the Associations of Parents of Students of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, articles 6 and 11. If the applicant is a Teaching Cooperative, it must be included in the corresponding Registry of Cooperatives in Euskadi and classified as Teaching Cooperatives. To obtain the status of beneficiary of aid, you cannot be involved in any of the causes provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. Associations sanctioned administratively or criminally for incurring discrimination on the basis of sex or those sanctioned with this prohibition by virtue of the provisions of Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women, may not attend, during the period established by the sanction, the calls for this aid. It will be accredited through the responsible declaration in accordance with Annex IV. Article 2.- Documentation to be provided: The following documents will be attached to the subsidy application, following the models indicated in Annex I of the Regulatory Bases that govern the call (Official Gazette of Bizkaia No. 94 of May 18, 2022): Document accrediting the representation under which the person signing the application acts. Duly completed creditor form (Only if this is the first time the aid is requested or if any of the information has been modified). Document accrediting registration in the Registry of Associations referred to in article 1. (Only if it is the first time the aid is requested or if any of the data has been modified). Certificate from the association's secretariat of the total number of associate members within the deadline for submitting the application and the annual fee set for the course of the call. Certificate from the center management of the total number of students at the center during the application submission period. Certificate from the management of the center of the total number of students with a scholarship from the Department of Education, Universities and Research of the Basque Government in the year prior to the call. Certificate from the Secretariat of the Maximum Representative Body of the center of the approval by the aforementioned O.M.R. of the extracurricular activities proposed for the course of the call.
