Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Private companies that own a supply point or installation, whatever its legal form, and that meet the following requirements: a) Be validly constituted in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of submitting the application. same.d) Prove having borne the charges in the electricity supply prices corresponding to the year prior to the call for applications. Second.- Object. Granting, under a competitive competition regime, of aid to electro-intensive consumers for the compensation of support financing for the production of electrical energy from renewable energy sources, high-efficiency cogeneration and compensation of the extra cost in non-peninsular territories included in the charges borne by these consumers in the year 2024. Third.- Regulatory bases. Title III of Royal Decree 1106/2020, of December 15, published in the "BOE" number 328, of December 17, 2020. Fourth.- Amount. The maximum amount of aid that may be granted to all beneficiaries will be 11,000,000 euros. The aid will take the form of a subsidy. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications and the corresponding documentation will be twenty business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call Order in the "Official State Gazette". Sixth.- Other data. The full text of the call, its modification, as well as the rest of the relevant information of the process will be published on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, https://www.mintur.gob.es/PortalAyudas/consumidores-electrointensivos/Paginas/index.aspx
