Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit private legal entities with state or supra-autonomous implementation according to their statutes and that, at the time of publication of the call, are non-profit and incorporate, among the purposes and objectives included in their statutes, the protection, care or labor, training, information, medical, legal or psychological assistance, to victims of trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation or people in contexts of prostitution, or that the requesting entities or organizations reliably accredit, by any means admitted by law, experience in the development and implementation of projects serving these groups. Second. Purpose: Subsidies for projects aimed at supporting women and girls who are victims of trafficking in human beings for the purposes of sexual exploitation and their minor or disabled sons and daughters, and whose actions are developed in areas of comprehensive assistance, detection, information and advice, psychosocial care, health care, legal support, accompaniment to other resources and socio-labor insertion, including training activities and attention to situations of special vulnerability, when actions are proposed that prioritize the detection and care of minor victims, women foreigners in an irregular situation, applicants for international protection, victims with disabilities and mental health problems, among others. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order IGD/183/2024, of February 28, published in the BOE of March 1, 2024. Fourth. Amount: The total amount of the subsidy will have a maximum amount of 20,000,000.00 euros. The individualized amount of each subsidy awarded will be established based on the score obtained in application of the objective weighting criteria, in accordance with the sixth section of the call resolution. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: They will be formalized exclusively electronically, accessing the form through the Electronic Headquarters, whose address is https://igualdad.sede.gob.es/procedimientos/portada/ida/3531/idp/19675, within a period of fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOE. Sixth. Other information: The application must be accompanied, at the time of its submission, by an explanatory report of the entity, a description of the project and a responsible declaration. Each entity may present a single project.
