Aid to promote the creation of new economic activities in the municipality of Massanassa by 2025

Official description of the call

First. Requirements of applicants: People who have registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, and who meet: Be unemployed or employed as long as the accredited working hours do not exceed 20 hours per week, immediately prior to registering in the RETA. Not having registered with the corresponding RETA or Professional Mutuality, in the 6 months prior to the registration that motivates the request. That between October 1, 2024 and October 15, 2025, the activity has completed 6 months if the START line is requested and 12 months in the case of the CONSOLIDATED line. That the activity be located in the municipality of Massanassa. When the activity is carried out through a legal entity or civil society, the applicant must have a participation of at least 33% in said entity. That the applicant has not been a beneficiary of another aid from this line of subsidy granted by the Massanassa City Council, for the same or different activity, unless a minimum period of 2 years has elapsed since the registration of the activity that gave rise to said concession. Second. Object. Facilitate the establishment of entrepreneurial people as self-employed workers, in the municipality of Massanassa, through the subsidy lines: INICIA MASSANASSA: Support for newly created activities. CONSOLIDATES MASSANASSA: Support for the maintenance of activities in the consolidation phase. Aid for activities that are 1 year old from their start. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massanassa City Council, approved on October 28, 2020 and published in the BOP of Valencia on January 21, 2021 Fourth. Amount. The maximum credit allocated for the financing of this call is 10,000 Euros, charged to budget application 24100-470, SUBSIDIES FOR EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION of the general budget of the Massanassa City Council for the year 2025. The concession regime will be competitive competition in its open call modality, as established in article 59 of RD 887/2006, Regulations of the General Law on Subsidies, and the carrying out of 2 successive resolution procedures is contemplated: First period: Applications submitted from the beginning of the application submission period until June 31, 2025 will be resolved jointly. Second period: Applications submitted from July 1 to October 15, 2025 will be resolved. The maximum credit assigned to each of the resolution periods will be 8,500 Euros for the first period of resolution and 1,500 Euros for the second period. The individual amount of the aid will be 50% of the accredited eligible expenses, with the following maximum amounts depending on the help line: a) MASSANASSA START LINE (6 months from the start of the activity): €1,500 when the applicant registers for the first time in the RETA €1,000 in all other situations b) MASSANASSA CONSOLIDATED LINE: €1,000 in all situations once the year of activity has expired. When the applicant is not registered or does not meet the one-year seniority requirement, the previous amounts will be reduced by 50%, as long as the activity is carried out in Masssanassa, is subject to a municipal license or responsible declaration and has been processed. When any other subsidy has been received from another public or private organization for the same activity, the subsidy will be up to 50% of the expenses not covered by that one. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for the presentation of the rest of the applications will be from the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, until October 15, 2025. Sixth. Other data. Eligible expenses are considered to be those that unquestionably respond to the nature of the subsidized activity, are necessary and have been effectively paid in: - The first 6 months of activity from the date of registration for the INICIA MASSANASSA line. Exceptionally, those carried out 3 months prior to the start date that are essential to enable the registration or start of the activity will be admitted. - Months 7 to 12 from the beginning of the activity for the CONSOLIDA MASSANASSA line.
