Official description of the call
First. Purpose: Announce retirement awards for staff of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility who have retired during the year 2024. Second. Applicable regulations: This call will be governed by the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Regulation of the General Subsidies Law, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, and by Order FOM/298/2008, of January 31, which establishes the bases for granting retirement awards for Department personnel, modified by Order FOM/1851/2014, of September 30. Third. Beneficiaries: Applicants and beneficiaries of this award may be people who, providing their services in the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (without considering organizations or entities attached to or dependent on said Department) who have retired in the year 2024 and meet the conditions indicated in the third section and those related to the compatibility and incompatibility referred to in the seventh section, both of the Order. FOM/298/2008, of January 31, which establishes the bases for granting retirement awards for Department personnel, modified by Order FOM/1851/2014, of September 30. Partial early retirement does not generate the right to this award. In these cases, you will be entitled to the retirement bonus once complete retirement occurs. Workers who are in a situation of reviewable temporary disability must present justification of their retirement status or receipt of retirement benefits from Passive Classes or Social Security. This subsidy will be incompatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid and income or resources for the same purpose from any national, community or international Administration or public or private entity. Room. Budget allocation and maximum amount of the subsidy: As of the date of publication of this call, Law 31/2022 of December 23 on General State Budgets for the year 2023 has been extended. The budget application that will serve the purpose of the awards is 17.01.451N.486: “Retirement awards for Department personnel” for an amount of 324,260 euros. Fifth. Individual amount of the prize: The maximum amount of the individual amount corresponding to each successful bidder will be one thousand nine hundred euros (1,900.00 euros). In the event that people covered by the special social security regime for civil servants of the state do not present a document justifying the aid received by MUFACE, they will be excluded. Sixth. Granting procedure: Aid will be granted upon request by interested parties using the application models attached to the Resolution. Applications will be submitted within one month from the day following the publication of this call. Seventh. Resolution and publication: This call will be resolved within a period of no more than three months from the day following the end of the submission of applications. The granting resolution, along with the lists of applicants to whom the retirement award is granted, as well as those excluded, will be published, at least on the Department's intranet and on the notice board. Eighth. Resources: The resolution by which the retirement awards are granted will put an end to the administrative route. An optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed against it within a period of one month before the head of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility or a contentious-administrative appeal, at the appellant's choice, before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the National Court, within a period of two months from the day following its publication.
