Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following persons may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: - Legal entities that develop programs, projects or activities that correspond to the subsidy lines and the strategic objectives established in the 2023-2025 Strategic Subsidy Plan indicated in section 1 of this call. Regarding the area of Leisure, only esplais and scout groups constituted as an association or foundation that develop programs, projects or activities that correspond with the subsidy line and the strategic objective established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025 indicated in section 1 of this call and, specifically, that promote educational leisure activities for children and young people, such as centers, colonies, camps, routes, may be beneficiaries. work camps, etc. - Except in the field of Leisure, groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic community or separate assets that, although they do not have legal personality, prove that they have a tax identification number, in addition to developing programs, projects or activities that correspond with the subsidy lines and the strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025 indicated in section 1 of this call. The requirements for the application and the way to accredit them are included in the particular bases of the call.Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to contribute to the development of programs, projects and activities of citizen entities that promote an activity of public utility, social interest or promotion of the achievement of a public purpose, the purpose of which corresponds to the following strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025, the subsidy lines, the Management Area and, within this, the management service indicated below: Strategic objective: OE2 Promote the L'Hospitalet brand within the framework of the metropolitan area and economic development by reinforcing social and economic agents, promoting commercial, business, tourism and the social economy in a framework of governance between the public sector and the private sector in activities of general interest.
