FIRST CALL 2025 FOR THE SELECTION OF PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN THE TRAINING ITINERARIES OF THE "CLAVE DH" PROGRAM WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SOCIAL ECONOMY PROGRAM OF THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND PLUS (ESF+)

Official description of the call

First. Participants: To participate in the selection process, applicants must meet, before the end of the last day for submitting applications and maintain it until the end of the selection process, which will be culminated with the call to sign the contract, the following requirements: Have Spanish nationality or nationality of a Member State of the European Union, in accordance with the provisions of Law 17/93, of December 23 (developed by R.D. 800/95), modified by the Law 55/99, of December 29. Nationals of the other member states of the European Union must prove at the time of the application the nationality and, in the case provided for in article 2.2.12.b), the relationship of kinship and, where applicable, the fact of living at the expense or being dependent of the national of a member state of the European Union with whom they have said relationship. Not suffer from a physical or mental illness that prevents the normal development of the tasks of the job. Have adequate knowledge of Spanish, for nationals of the Member States of the European Union or, where appropriate, for the cases provided for in art. 2nd of Royal Decree 543/2001, of May 18. Be at least sixteen years old and not exceed, where applicable, the maximum age of forced retirement, unless specific regulations determine a different one. Not having been separated through disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the Public Administrations or the constitutional or statutory bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor found to be in absolute or special disqualification for public employment or positions by judicial resolution, for access to the body or scale of civil servants, or to exercise functions similar to those they performed in the case of labor personnel, in which they had been separated or disqualified. In the case of being a national of another State, not being disqualified or in an equivalent situation nor having been subjected to a disciplinary sanction or equivalent that prevents, in their State, access to public employment under the same terms. Not be subject to any of the cases of incapacity established in current legislation. User-level knowledge of office tools. Second. Requirements: According to point 3.2.1 of the THIRD base of the regulatory bases for Participation in the CLAVE DH project, in general it is an essential requirement that the applicant be unemployed and registered as a job seeker in the Andalusian Employment Service. According to the table in point FIRST of this call, for some insertion itineraries, unemployed people furthest from the labor market will be prioritized, which are listed below: 1. Long-term unemployed people. For the purposes of this assessment, they are those people who have been unemployed continuously for at least 1 year (twelve months or more). 2. People over 45 years of age, particularly women. 3. People with a disability equal to or greater than 33%. 4. Third country nationals. 5. Minority participants. 6. People in a vulnerable socioeconomic situation, including those who are in a situation or risk of poverty, social exclusion or discrimination in its many facets, accredited by a Social Services report. In the absence of impairment in meeting the training needs detected at the local level, the participation of unemployed people residing outside the locality may be admitted. According to the table in point FIRST of this call, depending on the insertion itinerary, it is specifically established to be in possession of the qualification required by the professional certificate corresponding to the training specialty requested, and which is established below: LEVEL 1: No studies are required. LEVEL 2: Graduate Certificate in Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent for access purposes. Basic Technician Title. Level 2 Professional Certificate. Level 1 Professional Certificate from the same professional family. Certificate of Competence included in the offer to be made. Have passed an access test to intermediate level training cycles.
