Official description of the call
Description of the Call: Agreement of the Local Government Board, of April 24, 2025, by which the Call is approved, on a competitive basis, for financial aid for those affected by the eviction of homes in Block 8 of C/Palombar (numbers 1, 3, 5 and 7) in the San Antón neighborhood of Elche. Beneficiaries: Cohabitation units that have been evicted from their homes, located in Block 8 of C/ Palombar (numbers 1, 3, 5 and 7), in the San Antón neighborhood, due to the situation of ruin declared in said properties, and regardless of the title by which they occupied said homes (ownership, lease or precarious occupation). Purpose: Granting of financial aid for the coexistence units affected by the eviction of their homes on April 9 and 11, 2025, located in Block 8 of C/ Palombar (numbers 1, 3, 5 and 7), in the San Antón neighborhood, and declared in a state of ruin, through the establishment of two lines of aid that facilitate, on the one hand, the payment of rental expenses for the unit. new housing and, on the other, the acquisition of furniture, appliances and clothing, in order to alleviate, as far as possible, the situation of need they are going through. Regulatory bases: Base 28 of Budget Execution, published in full in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante on January 28, 2025. Amount: €240,000.00. Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP.
