Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The entities referred to in article 4 of Royal Decree 1219/2024, of December 3, that meet the requirements established in said article will be able to access this aid. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these subsidies is the financing of material or intangible investment projects in the transformation, marketing or development of agricultural products contemplated in Annex I of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) or cotton, with the exception of fishing products, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Royal Decree 1219/2024, of December 3, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for material or intangible investments in transformation, marketing or development of agri-food products within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, to promote the integration of agri-food associative entities of a supra-autonomous nature. Third. Regulatory bases: Royal Decree 1219/2024, of December 3, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for material or intangible investments in the transformation, marketing or development of agri-food products within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, to promote the integration of agri-food associative entities of a supra-autonomous nature. Room. Amount: 1. The aid will reach: a) 65 percent of the eligible expenses, in the event that the beneficiary is a Priority Associative Entity. b) 50 percent of the eligible expenses, in the event that the beneficiary is a commercial entity majority owned (more than 50 percent of the share capital) by a Priority Associative Entity. The final aid percentage will be proportional to said 50 percent that corresponds to the participation of the Priority Associative Entity in the commercial entity. Taking into account the volume of eligible applications submitted in each call, these maximum aid percentages may be reduced by a maximum of 15 points, by prorating all selected applications, until the budget provided for in this call is exhausted. 2. The maximum aid limit per investment project is 5,000,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Aid applications will be submitted within 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette.
