RULES FOR COMPETITIVE COMPETITION FOR NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATIONAL ENTITIES OF THE BIOSPHERE RESERVES OF THE TIERRAS DEL MIÑO AND LOS ANCARES LUCENSES FOR ACTION PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE NATURAL, CULTURAL AND LANDSCAPE HERITAGE YEAR 2025

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First.- Beneficiaries In general, legally constituted non-profit entities or associations may apply for subsidies under this call, registered in the corresponding public registry on the date of publication of this call, with headquarters/social delegation or whose territorial scope of action is included in the Terras do Miño or Os Ancares Lucenses e Montes de Cervantes, Navia e Becerreá Biosphere Reserves (hereinafter, Os Ancares Lucenses), and whose purpose social is related to any of the lines of the Management Plans of the aforementioned Reserves. Second.- Object The object of this call is the organization of the applicable procedure for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for legally constituted non-profit associative entities with headquarters/delegation or whose territorial scope of action is included in the Terras do Miño or Os Ancares Lucenses Biosphere Reserves, and whose corporate purpose is related to one of the lines of action of the plans of said Reserves. These subsidies are intended for the development of actions to enhance the natural, cultural and landscape heritage of these territories in the year 2025, and whose purposes contribute to the fulfillment of some of the Lines of their Management Plans. The call includes two different lines: ? LINE 10.2 intended for the execution of activities in municipalities of the Terras do Miño Biosphere Reserve by non-profit associative entities with social headquarters/delegation or whose territorial scope of action is included in this territory, of which the following 26 municipalities are part: Abadín, Alfoz, Baralla, Begonte, Castro de Rei, Castroverde, O Corgo, Cospeito, Friol, Guitiriz, Guntín, Láncara, Lugo, Meira, Mondoñedo, Muras, Ourol, Outeiro de Rei, O Páramo, A Pastoriza, Pol, Rábade, Riotorto, O Valadouro, Vilalba and Xermade. ? LINE 10.3 intended for the execution of activities in municipalities of the Os Ancares Lucenses Biosphere Reserve by non-profit associative entities with social headquarters/delegation or whose territorial scope of action is included in this territory, of which the following 3 municipalities are part: Becerreá, Cervantes and Navia de Suarna. Third.- Regulatory bases The bases of the call can be consulted on the website of the Provincial Council of Lugo: https://www.deputacionlugo.gal/gl/temas/medioambiente/subv_activ_RRBB2025 Fourth.- Amount The amount allocated for the granting of subsidies to associative entities of the Terras do Miño and Os Ancares Lucenses Biosphere Reserves for the development of activities to enhance the natural, cultural and landscape heritage of these territories in the year 2025 will be one hundred and ninety thousand euros (€190,000.00): ? LINE 10.2 C (Terras del Miño Biosphere Reserve) is endowed with €120,000. ? LINE 10.3 C (Os Ancares Lucenses Biosphere Reserve) is endowed with €70,000. The subsidy that the Provincial Council can grant will be included in the interval established in the following table: MINIMUM AMOUNT MAXIMUM AMOUNT €1,000.00 €7,000.00 Fifth.- Submission period The application submission period will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication in the BOP of the province of Lugo of the extract of the call. Sixth.- Other data Eligible expenses will be considered those considered as current expenses (investment expenses are not considered eligible) that contribute to the fulfillment of any of the Actions of the Management Plans of the Terras do Miño or Os Ancares Lucenses Biosphere Reserves, provided that they fall within one of the activities included in base 1 of the call. The execution period of the subsidized activity or behavior extends from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. At least 5% of the total cost of the subsidized action must be financed with the beneficiary entity's own resources.
