Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 20.8.a) and 23.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Resolution of April 22, 2025, of the General Secretariat, by which the call for the year is made, was published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura number 87, of May 8, 2025. 2025 of aid for the participation of teams from Extremadura sports entities in national and international sports competitions for the year 2025, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) and in the aforementioned Official Gazette of Extremadura, whose BDNS identification number is 829484. The object of the aforementioned resolution is to call, under a direct concession regime and open call, for the year 2025, aid for the participation of teams belonging to Extremadura sports entities in the competitions contemplated in Annex I of the Order of September 18, 2020, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the participation of teams from Extremadura sports entities in national and international sports competitions (DOE no. 186, of September 24, 2020). Point 2 of the fifth operative section of the call resolution provides that the total amount of aid subject to the call, which amounts to 450,000 euros, may be increased, depending on the existence of new budgetary availability, in accordance with article 29.3 of the Subsidies Law of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, which establishes that in the open call for the direct granting of subsidies the applications, projects will be determined. budget and the estimated amounts initially planned for the period of validity of the call, which may be expanded depending on budget availability. In accordance with point 5 of the sixth operative section of the call resolution, the deadline for submitting applications was one month from the day following the publication of the call and its extract in the DOE. Therefore, the deadline for submitting applications ended on June 8, 2025. Aid requests for an amount of €449,894.00 have been favorably resolved under the call and, therefore, of the €450,000.00 initially provided for in the call, there is an available balance of €106.00. There are correctly submitted applications pending granting that have not been resolved due to lack of credit. The amount of these eligible aid amounts to €146,950.00, so it is necessary to increase the credits initially planned for an amount of €146,844.00. Given that the amount of credit available is insufficient to meet the requests submitted and pending resolution and there are budget availability that allows the credit of the call to be increased, it is necessary to expand the credit of the same, incorporating credit recorded in the expenditure project 20050289 and budget application 150040000 G/274A/48000, financing source CAG0000001 of the Budgets General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024, extended in the terms established in the Order of February 6, 2025, which establishes the conditions and criteria for applying the extension of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024 in the financial year 2025, for the amount of €146,844.00, to the €450,000.00 euros initially planned, which gives a final amount of €596,844.00. In accordance with the provisions of article 39.4 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the increase in credits in the call requires the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and on the Subsidies Portal of the Autonomous Community of an announcement from the body responsible for approving the call, which includes how the total credits of the call would be distributed. for projects and budget applications. In light of the above, it is appropriate to publish an announcement to indicate that, after the increase in credits carried out, the total credit for the call is set at 596,844.00 euros and the planned credits are expanded and
