Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries In this call, beneficiaries will be considered to be natural persons who carry out an economic activity (self-employed) or legal entities, private, national or foreign, as well as those validly constituted in accordance with the legal system, in which the requirements established in the Regulatory Bases are met. Proprietary companies are excluded, defined in the terms of article 14 of Foral Standard 2/2014, of January 17, of the Corporate Tax of the Historical Territory of Gipuzkoa. The execution period for the measures to improve sustainability will be from September 1, 2023 until the maximum date of subsidy justification. Second. Purpose The purpose of these subsidies is the promotion and adoption of sustainability measures in tourism leisure companies in the food and wine field located in San Sebastián, in order to promote the green and sustainable Transition and improve the competitiveness of the urban economy. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated April 15, 2025. Available on the website https://www.fomentosansebastian.eus/ Fourth. Amount. The financial award is €150,000. The maximum intensity of the amount of aid will generally be 70% of eligible expenses, without exceeding the maximum amount of THIRTY THOUSAND EUROS (€30,000) per application. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission Duly completed forms and documentation may be submitted using electronic means through the website https://www.fomentosansebastian.eus/ The deadline for submitting applications begins the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and until the financial resources are exhausted, or until the call closes, on July 30, 2025. Sixth. Payment method and terms The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single payment and once all expenses have been justified and after providing the documentation required by article 15 of the regulatory bases. The beneficiaries of the subsidies who already have the project executed on the date of application must justify the execution, billing and payment of the action that is the object of the aid within a maximum period of THREE (3) months from the date of notification of the resolution of the granting of the subsidy. The beneficiaries of the subsidies who do not have the project executed at the date of application must justify the execution, billing and payment of the action that is the object of the aid before December 31, 2025.
