Travel bags intended for UV students to carry out training activities, academic year 2024-2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The recipients of this aid are the students enrolled in the Universitat de València's own centers in studies leading to obtaining official bachelor's and master's degrees. In any case, applicants must be students of the University of Valencia at the time of carrying out the activity for which aid is requested, with a minimum of 24 credits or a lower number if this enrollment completes the degree. Additionally, in the case of applicants pursuing degree studies, they must have a minimum of 12 approved credits. In the case of official master's students, compliance with this requirement is not required. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant financial aid aimed at facilitating the mobility of students of the University of Valencia to participate in activities of a complementary nature for their training, such as conferences, courses, summer courses, conferences, meetings or other academic activities related to their area of ​​study. Third. Regulatory bases: The full bases can be consulted on the national subsidy website: [https://links.uv.es/5DxYP7F], and through the website [http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index] Fourth. Amount: The maximum total budget authorized for this call amounts to 30,000 euros. For each of the two resolution phases, the amount of 15,000 euros is allocated. The maximum financial amount of each travel bag will be that indicated in the regulatory bases depending on the duration and geographical area of ​​the activity. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications: The deadlines for the resolution phases of the bags are as follows: a) First resolution phase: for activities carried out in the first period, between September 1, 2024 and February 29, 2025. The deadline for submission of applications opens the day after the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) and ends on May 16, 2025, inclusive. b) Second resolution phase: for activities carried out between March 1 and the end date of the academic year for the purposes of file closure: September 12, 2025 for degree studies and September 19, 2025 for master's studies. The deadline for submitting applications is from July 2 to September 30, 2025, inclusive.
