Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Groups that comply with the provisions of article 4 of Royal Decree 366/2023, of May 16, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Purpose: This resolution aims to call in advance, in the year 2025 for the period 2023-2027, subsidies under a competitive competition regime in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination and effectiveness and efficiency established in article 8.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and with its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, for the preparation and execution of innovation projects of general interest carried out by supra-autonomous operational groups of the AEI-Agri, within the framework of the CAP National Strategic Plan (PEPAC) 2023-2027, corresponding to the supra-autonomous intervention of “Cooperation of operational groups of the European Innovation Association on agricultural productivity and sustainability (AEI-Agri) (7161) of the same.” The actions that are the subject of said projects may extend to both innovation in the production of goods and services aimed at the market or of a public nature, as well as their distribution and marketing, for economic, environmental or social improvements through operational groups of the AEI-Agri, which are carried out in the territory of two or more autonomous communities. Third. Regulatory bases: Royal Decree 366/2023, of May 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for cooperation for the preparation and execution of innovation projects of general interest carried out by supra-autonomous operational groups of the European Association for Innovation in agricultural productivity and sustainability (AEI-Agri). Room. Amount: In no case will it exceed 600,000 euros per beneficiary group and project, for projects in which the innovation is oriented towards the products of Annex I of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, or 500,000 euros in the remaining cases. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days, from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official State Gazette, with the deadline closing on the aforementioned business day, at 2:00 p.m. (peninsular time). Applications that are not submitted complete within said period will not be admissible (article 12.3 of Royal Decree 366/2023, of May 16).
