Official description of the call

First. Object. Call, for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies aimed at Sports Entities in Salamanca, for their participation in official federated competitions. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. Sports Entities constituted as Federated Sports Clubs and Sports Sections may be beneficiaries, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2019, on Physical-Sports Activity of Castilla y León, which are duly registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Castilla y León at the time of publication of this call, and have their registered office in the city of Salamanca. In addition, these sports entities must participate in official federated competitions and their athletes must be in possession of the corresponding federated sports licenses. 2. In the case of the Sports Sections, the status of applicant and beneficiary of the subsidy, for the purposes of acquiring rights and compliance with obligations, will be held by the legal entity in which the Sports Section is incorporated in the terms provided for in art. 41 of Law 3/2019, of February 25, on Physical-Sports Activity of Castilla y León. 3. The following are expressly excluded from this call: Sports Federations and therefore, their Provincial Delegations, Sports Public Limited Companies, Sports Promotion and Recreation Entities, Popular Sports Clubs and clubs that compete in professional leagues. Sports Clubs that have signed an agreement with the Salamanca City Council for the same concept, in relation to the competitions and teams included in the agreement. Sports Entities belonging to public or private universities. 4. Sports entities in which any of the circumstances established in the second and third sections of art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 5. The beneficiaries will be subject to the obligations that, in general, are established in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Third. Applicable Legislation. The applicable Legislation will be Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and the Regulation that develops it, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the sports sector legislation applicable in the area of Castilla y León, the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies to Sports Entities of Salamanca, approved by the Hon. Plenary City Council of Salamanca in session held on March 6, 2020 and published in the BOP of Salamanca number 53 dated March 17, 2020, as well as the Execution Bases of the Municipal Budget of the Salamanca City Council, this call and other applicable regulations. Room. Budget allocation and application. The subsidies will be granted under the budgetary application of the 2025 budget No. 341.10-489.00 "Promotion and Promotion of Sports. Other transfers", for a total amount of 200,000 euros. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting the applications referred to in this call will be 15 calendar days from the day following the date of publication of an extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Salamanca (BOP) made through the BDNS.
