Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index). Object, conditions and purpose of granting the subsidy. - The purpose of this call is to subsidize Town Councils (excluding minor local entities) of the province of Valencia to finance extracurricular activities aimed at students of second cycle Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and training cycles during the 2025-2026 academic year, to be carried out in: A- Municipalities with less than 300 inhabitants B- Population centers, other than the main one of the municipality, whose population is less than 300 inhabitants. Regulatory bases.- This call is governed by what is provided for in the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Diputación de València, the consolidated text of which is published on the Transparency Portal of the Diputación de València (https://www.dival.es/es/%252Fportal-de-transparencia). Budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated and maximum total amount.- 706 414.00 462.00 of the Provincial Council's expenses budget for 2025 will be financed by the application, with a maximum estimated amount of 125,000 euros. Eligible activities. -Eligible expenses are those derived from the organization of: A. Educational reinforcement activities or early school services or extended evening hours to facilitate family and work conciliation. The educational reinforcement activities financed with this aid will have to be free for the students, and it will be guaranteed that no student is excluded for economic or any other reason. B. Extracurricular activities of a recreational, sports, cultural nature, end-of-year parties and similar activities. C. Work-life balance camps such as summer school, Christmas and Holy Week/Easter that take place on non-school weekdays. Beneficiaries.- City councils of the province of Valencia, with the exception of smaller local entities, of municipalities with fewer than 300 inhabitants, and City councils of municipalities with population centers other than the main one whose population is less than 300 inhabitants, for activities to be carried out in those centers. Entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in art. 13 of the General Law of Subsidies, nor those that are indebted to the Most Excellent Provincial Council of Valencia or its dependent entities in the terms expressed in the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Most Excellent Provincial Council of Valencia. Compatibility.- This subsidy is compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from any other administration or public or private entity. The subsidy awarded in this call, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. Amount.- The amount of the subsidy may reach up to 100% of the eligible cost of the applications submitted, with a maximum of 5,500 euros per recipient and beneficiary entity. Concession procedure.- This call is governed by the competitive bidding procedure and will be prepayable. Deadline for submitting applications.- 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. The request will be made through the "City Council Folder", using the forms available on said electronic platform and the required complementary documentation.
