Official description of the call
First.- Purpose: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of aid, with municipal funds, to cover the costs derived from attending the Summer School service provided by the different authorized early childhood education centers in the town as well as the Municipal Summer School, for minors enrolled in Xàtiva, in the age group of 0-3 years. These bases are subject to the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Xàtiva City Council, approved, by agreement of the Plenary Session of the Corporation, dated November 27, 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province, the final approval on February 17, 2022. The summer schools subject to this aid will be those that take place in the summer of this year. Second.- Beneficiaries: The minors in whose name it is requested may be beneficiaries, provided that the following requirements are met: a) Be enrolled in a Summer School both: • In the summer schools of the authorized children's centers of Xàtiva (schools): for minors between the ages of 0-1, 0-2 and 2-3 years. • In municipal summer schools: for minors between the ages of 2-3 years. b) Minors enrolled in school during, at least, the months of May and June, in authorized early childhood education centers in the municipality of Xàtiva, of age within the sections: • 2 to 3 years in both private and public centers. • 1 to 2 years and from 0 to 1 year in private centers. c) None of the parents may be subject to any of the assumptions established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. In the event of separation or divorce, this requirement will only be required by the father or mother who has been assigned custody of the minor in the corresponding regulatory agreement. d) The peers/mothers or legal representatives of the minors will have to be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations and have no outstanding debts with the Xàtiva City Council at the time of requesting aid. In the event of separation or divorce, this requirement will only be required by the father or mother who has been assigned custody of the minor in the corresponding regulatory agreement. e) The authorized early childhood education center, private or public, in which the minor is enrolled, must be located in the municipality of Xàtiva, and have obtained the corresponding administrative authorization from the Department of Education. f) In the case of applications for several siblings, the application will have to be formalized for each one of them. Third.- Regulatory bases: The bases by which the call for financial aid is regulated for users aged 0-3 years enrolled in the “Summer Schools” offered by authorized early childhood education centers of Xàtiva as well as in the municipal summer school have been approved by Mayor's Resolution No. 2025-0891 dated May 12, 2025 and will be displayed on the Notice Board and to the Municipal Transparency Portal. https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/board Quart.- Application submission period: The application submission period will begin the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, ending on May 30, 2025. Fifth.- Documentation: That indicated in clause 9 of the bases by which the call for financial aid is regulated for users aged 0-3 years enrolled in the “Summer schools” offered by authorized early childhood education centers in Xàtiva as well as in the municipal summer school for the year 2025. Sixth: Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Mayor of Xàtiva City Council without prejudice to the current delegations.
