EDICT OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CAMBRILS The delegate councilor for Sports, Health, Equality, Inclusion, ICT, Open Government and European Aid, has resolved, on 05/06/2025, Resolution number 2025R253000031, to approve the call for subsidies to carry out activities that promote public health during the year 2025. This will be governed by the approved bases by the Local Government Board on 06/11/2021, file X2021018196 and published in BOPT number. 2021-5644 of 06/22/21, and modified by the Local Government Board by plenary delegation, of the Cambrils City Council in the session of July 12, 2024, published in full in the BOP of Tarragona on August 7, 2024. Applications may be submitted, in the standardized models, exclusively electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Cambrils City Council, at within 20 business days from the day following its publication in the BOPT. These documents and the full text of the bases can be found on the City Council's website, at the following links: https://www.cambrils.cat/ca/serveis/salut/promocio/subvencions-per-activitats-que-promoguin-la-salut i https://seu.cambrils.cat Against this agreement, which is final in administrative proceedings, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed prior to administrative litigation before the same authority. that has adopted the resolution within a period of one month or contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Tarragona within a period of two months, counting from the day following the date of its publication, without prejudice to the interested parties being able to exercise any other remedy that they deem appropriate. CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE PUBLIC HEALTH DURING THE YEAR 2025 OBJECT, CONDITIONS AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANT The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies and aid for carrying out activities that complement municipal powers through actions in the field of public health, in order to improve the quality of life of different population groups. The activities subject to subsidy must be carried out during the calendar year. These grants are intended to: Support non-profit entities that work in the field of health to improve the quality of life of citizens. Promote the participation and collaboration of private social initiatives in the municipality of Cambrils, or with an impact on it, to improve the promotion and protection of health. Carry out information, awareness and education actions for the health of different population groups. Prevent diseases and care for or provide support to people affected by them as well as their family members and caregivers. The following cases will be eligible for subsidies: Projects for the promotion and protection of health and the prevention of disease, aimed at the population in general or at groups in particular. Initiatives to inform, raise awareness, train on health, the organization of public events such as conferences, seminars, actions, activities, etc. that facilitate the knowledge, insertion and rehabilitation of sick people as well as support for their families and caregivers to work on health in general or in groups in particular. REGULATORY BASES AND SUBSIDIES ORDINANCE The regulatory bases of this call have been approved by the Local Government Board on 6/11/21, and published in the BOPT with insertion number. 2021-5644 dated 6/22/21. Likewise, the Local Government Board, by delegation of the Plenary Session, of the Cambrils City Council in the session of July 12, 2024, initially approved the modification of point 1-Object and 17-Justification of the subsidy of the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies for carrying out activities that promote public health. The modification of the bases has been published in full in the BOP of Tarragona dated August 7, 2024, insertion n. 2024-6891. In everything not provided for in the bases and in this call, what is established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Cambrils City Council, its autonomous organizations and dependent entities will apply.
