Official description of the call
Resolution No. 1435 of the Mayor's Office of the City Council of Silla of 05/06/2025 has approved the following call: Article 1. The call is regulated in the Ordinance regulating the specific bases to grant aid for school supplies to preschool, primary and secondary school students, and to preschool classrooms to cover educational materials and actions for educational innovation projects (BOP). 12-15-2021) and its modification by the Plenary Session of the City Council on 11/29/2022 (BOP no. 28 of 02/09/2023) Article 2. Purpose of the call The purpose of this call is the granting of aid to people registered in Silla for the acquisition of school supplies and/or primary and secondary reading books and educational actions focused on meaningful learning through of educational innovation projects in the Infant stage, for the 2025-2026 academic year. Article 3. Competitive competition procedure. The procedure for granting aid is through competitive competition in accordance with the criteria for evaluating applications established in this call, which are objective, proportional and refer to the purpose of the subsidy. Article 4. Maximum total amount of subsidies and budget application The maximum total amount of aid called is €64,000, charged to budget application 3262-489, of the current 2025 Budget. Article 5. Individual amount of financial aid The individual amount of aid per student will depend on the educational stage that the applicant students are completing. - Infant €35.00 - Primary €30.00 - Secondary €25.00 The amount of the subsidies may in no case be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. Article 6. Requirements that beneficiaries must meet The beneficiaries of this aid may be the parents or legal guardians of students who are enrolled in the second cycle of early childhood education (3, 4 and 5 years), primary and secondary and meet the following requirements: a) Be enrolled in the academic year in which the call occurs in any teaching center supported by public funds (public or subsidized) or in Special Education Centers. b) The student must reside in Silla and be registered in the municipal registry of inhabitants. c) Parents must: 1. Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the City Council of Silla, the State Tax Administration Agency, Social Security and with the obligations for reimbursement of subsidies granted by the City Council, if applicable. 2. Not being included in any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 3. Not have any subsidy granted by the Silla City Council pending justification, after the deadline. Article 7. Applications: place, deadline for submission and documentation Applications: 1 Applications will be submitted in the standardized form found in the Electronic Headquarters of the City Council of Silla and in the Citizen Assistance Office (OAC). 2. In the case of applications by several brothers or sisters, it will have to be formalized in a single application and the documentation to be attached will not need to be duplicated. 3. In case of separation or divorce, you must mark the responsible declaration box of the person who has guardianship and custody. Documentation: a) In case of acting as representative: Accreditation of representation (standardized model in electronic office) b) In case of foster care: Administrative resolution c) In case of being enrolled in an educational center outside the municipality of Silla: certificate from the corresponding educational center that certifies the condition of being enrolled with express mention of the course being taken.
