IDENTIFICATION, GENERAL DATA: MANAGEMENT BODY: ALBACETE CITY COUNCIL, SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE (SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE). DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL: TITLE: Call for subsidies for the development of Programs and Activities of the non-profit Women's Associations and Federations of Albacete and Districts in the year 2025. OBJECT: Activities and programs of general interest aimed at associations and federations of women in the city of Albacete and its districts for the year 2025. Those projects that will be subject to subsidy will be subsidized. include: Awareness-raising, information, dissemination activities. Leisure, festive, recreational, volunteering, training, cultural dissemination and production activities, socio-cultural activities or social promotion, including trips, cultural weeks and other types of activities as long as they meet the purposes indicated in point IV of this call. Scholarships, prizes and other incentives that are included in activities to promote gender equality. Maintenance expenses of the beneficiary entities and renewal of computer or audiovisual equipment of the associations. Food, subsistence and accommodation expenses that are inherent and essential for the development of activities that are approved may be eligible for subsidies. Projects or activities that have participated in other Albacete City Council subsidy calls will not be subsidized in 2025. BENEFICIARIES: Those Associations and Federations of Women that meet the requirements set out in the Regulatory Bases and specifically in this call may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, with the following requirements: 1. Have among the purposes of their statutes objectives in accordance with those provided for in the Regulatory Bases and in this present one. call. 2. Present a list of the entity's activities in relation to the subsidy being requested. 3. Proof of not having received other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, from any public or private Administration or entity, national, European Union or international organisations, or from another department of Albacete City Council when the amount of the subsidies, aid, income or resources exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. Women's associations may attend individually or in collaboration with other women's associations. Those associations or federations of women that have formalized a collaboration agreement with the City Council that entails direct subsidy contributions will be excluded from this call. AMOUNT: This call will be financed from the existing credits in the budget item enabled for this purpose in the General Budget of the Albacete City Council for the year 2025, for which €20,000 will be allocated. No subsidy may exceed €2,000 for all concepts to each association and €3,000 for women's federations. REGULATORY BASIS: Rules of the Call and other applicable regulations published in BOP No. 25 dated 02-27-19. APPLICATION PERIOD AND JUSTIFICATION: The submission period will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The justification of the approved subsidy will be made before March 31, 2026, by means of a supporting account through the Electronic Headquarters of the Albacete City Council, through a General Instance with the annexes included in the bases of the call, accompanied by the following documentation, which must be duly completed and signed: Detailed final report of the project, which will describe the activities carried out in 2025 (Annex B). Supporting account with provision of expense receipts for the cost of the activities carried out, which will contain: Numbered list of invoices (Annex C). All supporting documents digitized, stamped showing the amount attributed to the subsidy being justified.
