Object and objective. The Provincial Council of Huelva, in its commitment to the economic revitalization of the territory, comes on this occasion to offer entrepreneurs and professionals of the Auxiliary Agriculture Industry of the Province of Huelva, through in-kind subsidies, participation in the 10th International Red Fruit Congress 2025, which will be held on June 18 and 19, 2025 at the Casa Colón Congress Palace in Huelva. The objective of this participation is to publicize and support companies in the Agricultural Auxiliary Industry and promote the marketing of their products and services, and in particular, the red fruit sector, as well as promote the interconnection between the agricultural production sector and the auxiliary sector. 2. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (Official Gazette of the Province of Huelva no. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in section 2 of the call). 3. Beneficiaries. 1. Natural persons, groups thereof (C.B. / S.C. ...) and/or legal entities from the province of Huelva that are registered with the AEAT, as manufacturers, producers or service providers to the agricultural sector, particularly to the red fruit sector (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries) may attend this call. In this way, its business activity must be focused either in its entirety or partially, as an Auxiliary Industry of Agriculture and when its registered office is in the province of Huelva. 2. The maximum number of participating natural/legal persons and Community of Property beneficiaries will be 4 companies. (See more in section 3 of the call). 4. Content of participation. 1. Participation will consist of: Stand of the Provincial Council: the selected participants will have their own space or stand where each participant can display their products/services on individual counters, all of them framed in a space protected by the Provincial Council of Huelva. In addition, there will be a specific space for business meetings. 2. The Provincial Council will assume the following costs corresponding to participation in the 10th International Red Fruit Congress: • Ground rental, stand rental, stand assembly and dismantling, design and labeling costs, electrical installation and stand installation. Also, stand furniture will be included in each exclusive space of each company. Participating companies must assume personal, travel and stay costs, as well as specific and specific material costs related to the shipping and transfer of their own material, whether for display, or all those materials necessary for the correct presentation of their products/services. 5. Temporal scope of the activity. Entrepreneurs and professionals from the Agricultural Auxiliary Industry in the province of Huelva will be able to participate in the Huelva Provincial Council stand at the 10th International Red Fruit Congress 2025, which will be held on June 18 and 19 at the Casa Colón Conference Center in Huelva. 6. Total budget and budget application. Valuation of the subsidy in kind. 1. The maximum budget available for the granting of the subsidies referred to in this call is thirty thousand euros (€30,000.00) which will be attributed to application 33301 43900 22799 of the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Huelva for the year 2025. 2. The credits assigned in this call may be increased in the terms provided for in article 58 of the Real Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, up to the limit of 30% of the amount initially budgeted.
