2025 subsidies for festive activities in rural neighborhoods and streets of the municipality

Official description of the call

It is generally known that through Mayoral Decree 2025/2572 of May 16, 2025, the 2025 call for subsidies for festive activities in rural neighborhoods and streets of the municipality has been approved, which is why it is exposed to the public by inserting the corresponding announcement in the "Official Gazette of Bizkaia". First.- Object Subsidy for activities organized at festivals in rural neighborhoods and streets of the municipality Second.- Applicants Natural or legal person who organizes festivals in a rural neighborhood or street in Bermeo Third.- Subsidy amount and payment method -€42,000 -After resolution, 75% of the subsidy will be paid and after justification the remaining 25% Fourth.- Maximum concession amount €4,500 (rural neighborhood festivals) €4,000 (municipal street festivals) Fifth.- Deadline for application and justification From the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia until 45 days before the festivals in each rural neighborhood or street of the municipality. There will be an exception for parties organized in June 2025, with the period being at least 15 days. Sixth.- Documentation to present To make the application: -Grant application: IN-E 269/02-23 or IN-G 269/02-23 -Budget: IN-E 270/02-22 or IN-G 270/02-22 To make the justification: -Justification of the subsidy: IN-E 271/04-25 or IN-G 271/04-25 -Income and expenses: IN-E 272/01-20 or IN-G 272/01-20 Seventh.- Modality of the concession Competitive competition but without comparative estimate Eighth.- Resolution period 60 days from the end of the period for making the application Ninth.- Objectives, evaluation criteria and procedure This information appears in the specific bases of the subsidies for the financing of groups and cultural associations and activities festivities published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia on May 9, 2025 Tenth.- Processing instructor, evaluation and agreement commission -Culture Technique -Subsidy evaluation commission -Local Government Board Eleventh.- Justification period -45 days from the celebration of the festivities of each rural neighborhood or street of the municipality -At most until December 19, 2025 for the festivities that are organized in November 2025
