CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO FISHING PRODUCERS' ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCTION AND MARKETING PLANS IN THE 2024 CAMPAIGN, AND FOR THE CONSOLIDATION OF FISHING PRODUCERS' ORGANIZATIONS, WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF FEMPA AYUD/2025/2783 First. Beneficiaries: Fishery Producer Organizations recognized in the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 11, 2013, registered in the General Registry of Fisheries Producer Organizations and Associations of Fisheries Producer Organizations, which meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases. Second. Purpose: Call for aid provided for in Regulation (EU) 2021/1139, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 7, 2021, which establishes the EMFAF, intended for the financing of the following lines of action: - Preparation and application of production and marketing plans (PPYC), 2024 campaign - Consolidation of fishery producer organizations (OPP), 2024 campaign, with the scope of performance in the Principality of Asturias. Third. Regulatory bases: Resolution of August 5, 2024, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to professional organizations in the sector of fishing and aquaculture products, within the framework of FEMPA (BOPA of 22-VIII-2024). Room. Amount: Total amount: €600,000, a), in the line of aid for the "consolidation of fishery producer organizations": €100,000 b), in the line of aid for the "preparation and application of Production and Marketing Plans, 2024 campaign": €500,000 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
