Official description of the call
First. Requirements of applicants: Individuals residing in the municipality of Massanassa who are in a vulnerable, aggravated or unexpected situation and have suffered, as a consequence of the damage caused by the floods of October 29, 2024, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy: - Damage, losses or losses in furniture, household goods, appliances. - Loss or decrease in your main source of income. - Needs for care arising from the situation of dependency, due to damage to community facilities that limit mobility and personal autonomy. - People with disabilities who have suffered irreparable loss or damage to the material or products available to them for their personal autonomy. The condition of residence and effective residence in the municipality of Massanassa (in accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2019, on inclusive social services of the Valencian community) must be accredited before October 29, 2024. The condition of habitual residence (or domicile) will be verified through the registration data or effective residence, before October 29, 2024. For the processing of aid for line 1 and 4 established income requirements will not be taken into account. For the processing of aid for lines 2 and 3, the per capita income of the family unit may not exceed 2.5 times the IPREM in annual calculation in 12 payments. For the purposes of this call, the income of the family unit will be determined with the income obtained during the period from 10/30/2024 to 06/30/2025, divided by 8 and multiplied by 12, for the purposes of its annual calculation Second. Object. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of urgent aid to cohabitation units and/or family members, residents in the municipality of Massanassa and who are in a situation of sudden or aggravated vulnerability as a consequence of the DANA. The amount of aid will be used to alleviate the damage, loss or decrease in income and material household goods suffered as a result of the DANA, as well as to reinforce direct care for dependent people, people with disabilities and children and adolescents. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massanassa City Council, approved on October 28, 2020 and published in the BOP of Valencia on January 21, 2021 Fourth. Amount. These subsidies are granted directly, in application of the provisions of article 22.2.c) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, in relation to what is established in sections 2 and 3 of article 28 of the aforementioned law, and article 28.3 of the municipal subsidy ordinance, for reasons of public, social, economic and humanitarian interest due to the damage caused by the floods as a result of the catastrophe of the October 29, 2024 in the Valencian Community. The maximum credit assigned for the financing of this call is: a) 850,000.00 Euros, charged to budget application 23121-480 DANA AID BASIC BENEFITS RDL 7/2024 for the financial year 2025, its effectiveness being conditioned, in any case, to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in said budget. b) 72,491.00 Euros, charged to budget application 23122-480 ACCESSIBLITY AID RDL 8/2024, for the financial year 2025, its effectiveness being conditioned, in any case, to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in said budget. LINE 1. BASIC APPLIANCES Up to 800 euros for damages, losses or shortages in basic appliances in the habitual residence, which has been affected, for family and/or cohabitation units that have not received a donation of basic appliances from the Massanassa City Council. The condition of habitual residence must be verified by the Primary Care Social Services and will be reflected in the technical report established for the processing.
