Official description of the call
"First.- Objective To defray, with municipal funds, the costs derived from attendance at the Summer School service organized by the PIFE, during the month of July, of people with mental and physical disabilities, aged between 3 and 20 years, registered in the municipality of Paterna, whether or not they are enrolled in the CEE Francisco Esteve. Second.- Beneficiaries Intended for people with mental and physical disabilities, with between 3 and 20 years old, registered in the town of Paterna and whether or not they are registered in the CEE Francisco Esteve. Third.- Requirements for applicants and beneficiaries Both the applicants and the beneficiaries of the granting of this aid must meet the following requirements: 1-Be registered in the municipality of Paterna six months before the start date of the PIFE Summer School, the object of this subsidy, and throughout the period of granting of the aid. 2-Be up to date with the tax or Social Security obligations imposed by the current provisions, as well as with the Municipal Treasury. 3-Not incur any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, required to have the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. The regulatory bases were approved in an ordinary session held by the Plenary on February 29, 2024. Its full text was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia No. 99 dated April 23, 2024 as well as on the bulletin board and on the municipal website Fifth.- Amount of aid The amount of aid corresponds to a fixed amount per beneficiary. of the aid will be paid directly to P. I. Francisco Esteve, who will deduct the corresponding expense from the beneficiaries. The aid will subsidize the cost derived from enrollment in the Summer School, including in said amount the cost derived from enrollment and concepts included in it, up to a maximum of €1,000, and until the planned budget allocation has been exhausted, which for the year 2025 is €15,000. Sixth.-Financing This call will be financed from the budget application 3230-48100 RC ref. 202500000675 of the budgets of the Paterna City Council for the year 2025, with a maximum total amount of €15,000.00 Seventh.- Place and deadline for submitting applications Applications may be submitted at the SIAC office of the Paterna City Council, through. of the electronic office www.paterna.es or in the places referred to in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The subjects indicated in article 14 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015 will be required to present the documentation through the Electronic Office. In the event that the application and/or documentation is submitted on a non-business day, it will be submitted. will be deemed to have been made in the first hour of the first following business day, in accordance with the provisions of article 31.2.b) of the aforementioned law. The submission of the aid application presupposes the unconditional acceptance of what is established in this call. The period for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP and for a period of one month.
