Official description of the call
Purpose and object. These financial aid are intended to regulate the legal procedure for granting extraordinary aid under an individualized evaluation regime to those families registered and residing in Valle del Egüés, who attend school cafeterias in the 2nd cycle of Early Childhood and Primary Education, regardless of the location of the school, who need to reconcile family life with work, training and health situations. Beneficiaries Family units that meet any of the following situations. Reconciliation of Family life with: I. Work activity of both parents and/or legal guardians or people who are exercising temporary guardianship in a foster care situation, who carry out their work activity during school lunch time and such situation makes it impossible to do so at home. - In cases of leave from work, aid will be granted from the end of the leave. - It will be understood that the object and purpose of the call is met when the work activity is carried out for a minimum of half a day or when, being less than this day, the work activity coincides with school cafeteria time. In case of ERTE, document that proves the situation. II. Long-term training activity (university studies, vocational training, specific courses...) of both parents and/or legal guardians and who carry out their training activity during school cafeteria time. The months of duration of the training activity will be taken into account for the calculation of the aid. III. Prove that you are in a situation of Dependency, Disability (equal to or greater than 33%) both the parents or legal guardians or the minor, or those people in a situation of temporary illness that gives rise to medical leave, whenever this makes it difficult to care for the minor during school lunch hours and for as long as said situation lasts. This call will also address those situations in which two of the situations indicated in the previous sections (I, II, III) are combined. Those situations that, due to their exceptional nature, require attendance at the school cafeteria will also be considered, following a report issued by the basic social service. Exceptional situations will be studied by the Valuation Commission. An exceptional situation will be understood as: - Attendance at the school cafeteria as a preventive and protective resource for the minor. The requirements of economic limits, seniority of registration, not being up to date with tax obligations with the City Council, or others that comply with the Municipal Subsidy Ordinance will be exempted. Both situations, exceptionally, may result in the granting of a subsidy of up to 90%. In the case of subsidized centers, in order to guarantee access to the school cafeteria under equal conditions, the municipal aid may be supplemented with a greater amount, to assimilate the aid from the Government of Navarra to public and subsidized centers. Under no circumstances will lunchbox service or other expenses that do not correspond to the expense of the dining room service be considered eligible expenses. Deadline for submitting applications Deadline for submitting applications for dining aid: from September 1 to 12, electronically, or in person at the Base Social Service, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
