Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries. The following may access the status of beneficiaries of this aid: 1.- The Autonomous Communities and Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla that develop High Performance and State Technique sports programs in the CTD and CETD classified by the Higher Sports Council. 2.- Public law entities with independent legal personality, which are constituted as a means of the Autonomous Communities and Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, and manage the sports programs indicated in the previous paragraph for them. 3.- Public sector entities at the regional level that manage, for the Autonomous Communities and Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, the High Performance and State Technique sports programs in the CTD and CETD classified by the Higher Sports Council. In any case, said sports programs must be included in the list of sports programs that can benefit from this call in the annex to it. Second: Purpose of the call. Regulate the granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies intended for the Autonomous Communities and Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, for the development of State Technique (TE) and/or High Performance (AR) Sports Programs, in CTD and CETD classified by the Higher Sports Council, in compliance with the Resolution of January 10, 2014 (B.O.E. of January 23), by which They classify sports facilities and Sports Programs for the development of high-level and competitive sports. The expenses that may be subsidized will be those expenses derived from the State Technique and High Performance Sports Programs of the year 2025 and expenses on sports equipment directly related to the execution of these programs, listed as such in the Second Section 2) of the call. Third: Regulatory Bases. Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the Higher Sports Council, available at: http://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2012/12/15/pdfs/BOE-A-2012-15180.pdf Likewise, the regulations specified in the First Section 4) of the resolution itself will be applicable convener. Fourth: Amount. The aid granted will be defrayed with the credits of the applications indicated in the following headings of the Expense Budget of the Higher Sports Council for the year 2025: 1.- For management expenses in the CTD and CETD: budget application of Program 336A Chapter 456.01, for a maximum amount of €2,200,000. 2.- For equipment of technology centers: budget application of Program 336A Chapter 751.04 for a maximum amount of €1,000,000. Fifth. Deadline and application procedure. Applications must be submitted within 15 business days from the day following publication in the B.O.E. of the extract of this Resolution. Pursuant to the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications must be submitted electronically through the CSD Electronic Headquarters, accessible at the electronic address: https://sede.csd.gob.es (procedure no. 991957). Applications must be signed using an advanced electronic signature, in accordance with the provisions on electronic signature in the aforementioned Law 39/2015 and must be requested through the standardized instance available in the CSD Electronic Headquarters, which must be signed by the person who holds the legal representation of the body or entity that processes the application or the one to which the competence is delegated through signed authorization. Sixth. Other administrative and procedural data. The instructing body of the procedure is the General Directorate of Sports, in accordance with the provisions of article 8.4b) of Royal Decree 460/2015, of June 5, which approves the CSD Statute. The financial allocation will be fixed and the payment of the subsidies granted will be made from the date of their acceptance by the beneficiary in a single payment.
