Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. People who meet the following requirements at the time of submitting applications may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: a) Burjassot Educational Centers for compulsory education (primary and secondary education) and their legally constituted Mothers and Fathers Associations (AMPAS and AFAS). b) Be up to date with your tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, the Territorial Treasury of Social Security and with the Burjassot City Council. Accreditation of compliance with the obligation to be up to date with tax obligations with the Burjassot City Council will be carried out ex officio by the City Council, through the issuance of a positive administrative certification, in accordance with article 9 of the General Subsidies Ordinance. c) In the case of Mothers and Fathers associations (AMPAS and AFAS), they must be registered in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations. d) Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. e) Meet the requirements established in art. 8 of the General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Burjassot City Council. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid to the Burjassot Educational Centers of compulsory education (primary and secondary education) and their Associations of Mothers and Fathers (AMPAS and AFAS), for carrying out extracurricular activity projects and/or complementary activities to the educational project of the center and to collaborate in the ordinary operating expenses. The purpose sought to be achieved is the promotion of quality educational projects that promote the achievement of the sustainable development objectives of the 2030 Agenda, the reconciliation of work and family life, gender equality, respect for diversity, the promotion of the use of Valencian, and the community participation of the educational community, taking into account the objectives set out in the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2023-2025 and the 2030 Urban Agenda. of Burjassot. The activities subject to the subsidy will be those carried out by the entities from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, charged to the budgets of the current year. Third.- Regulatory bases. The maximum amount allocated to these subsidies will be 35,000 euros. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the announcement of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, through the BDNS, and will end on July 1, 2025.
